Terms of Use

This agreement is between you and the Replika project. By using the next.replika.click website, the apps, the Mini App or the @replika_tg_bot bot, you accept its terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

What Replika is

Replika is an editor of chat mockups. It creates images and videos that look like messenger screens. These are mockups, not real chats.

Replika isn’t affiliated with Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or their owners. Their names are used only to describe how the editor works.

Who can use it

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. The bot and Mini App need a Telegram account, and you follow Telegram’s rules.

What you must not do

You’re responsible for everything you create and publish. You must not use the service to:

• deceive people or obtain their money or data: fraud, fake proof of payments, transfers, winnings or income;
• pass a mockup off as a real chat where this could mislead people: fake reviews, evidence or advertising results;
• impersonate another person or company, defame, harass or blackmail anyone;
• fabricate evidence for a court, police, employer, bank or platform;
• create sexual content involving minors or anything else prohibited by law;
• publish other people’s personal data without the right to do so or infringe copyright;
• bypass limits, hack or overload the service, or resell access.

If you break these rules, we may limit or close your access without notice.

Your content and AI

You keep the rights to your content. You allow us to process it as far as needed to fulfil your request: send a screenshot, run AI, make a backup. See the Privacy Policy for details.

AI answers can be inaccurate. Check them before use; you’re responsible for the result.

Plans

All features are free for now. Plans are described on the website, but paid subscriptions aren’t live yet: nothing is charged. Limits and features may change.

Payment and refunds

These rules apply once paid subscriptions go live.

• Subscription is paid one month in advance. The price and plan contents are shown before payment.
• Cancellation. You can cancel any time. There will be no next charge, and access stays until the end of the paid month.
• Trial. If a trial is offered, it isn’t charged. If you don’t want to continue, cancel before it ends.
• Full refund. We refund the full amount if you haven’t used paid features within 14 days of payment, if you were charged by mistake or twice, or if paid features didn’t work through our fault.
• Partial refund. If you cancel a subscription you’ve already used, we refund the remaining full days of the paid month.
• No refund if access was closed for breaking this agreement.
• How to request. Write to support at @tg_support_rrr_tg or use /support in the bot, with the payment date and method. We reply within 10 business days. Money is returned the same way you paid. Payments in Telegram Stars are refunded in Stars through Telegram.
• We don’t control payment system fees or exchange rates, so the amount in your currency may differ from what you paid.

Service as is

We try to keep everything working, but the service is provided “as is”. It may be temporarily unavailable, and features may change or close. We don’t guarantee that a screenshot will be delivered or that a scheduled post will go out exactly on time: this also depends on Telegram.

To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, lost profits, blocking of your accounts and channels, loss of chats on your device, or the consequences of how your content is used.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time: unlink the bot with /unlink and remove the app. The policy explains how to delete data.

Changes

We may update this agreement. The new version is published on this page with its date. Continuing to use the service means you accept it.
