Privacy Policy
Updated November 2, 2026
This page explains what data the Replika service (the next.replika.click website, desktop apps, the Mini App and the @replika_tg_bot bot) receives, why, and how long it is kept. By using the service you agree to this policy.
Service owner: the Replika project. For any question about your data, write to @tg_support_rrr_tg or use /support in the bot.
What stays only with you
Chats, templates, characters and settings are stored on your device: in the app folder on a computer or in the Mini App storage inside Telegram. We don’t receive them unless you send something through the server. If you remove the Mini App or clear its data, you may lose those chats: we have no copy.
What we receive
- Account: Telegram id, name, username, avatar, language, a technical app installation id.
- What you send through the server: screenshots and videos, captions, post texts, chosen chats and channels, publication time.
- AI requests: prompts, texts to translate, chat context, screenshots to recognize. Screenshots may contain other people’s data: upload only what you have the right to process.
- Messages to the bot and support: text, attachments and profile data. Support staff see your request.
- Technical data: IP address, time, request address, browser or app details, app version. Anonymous daily counters not tied to people.
Why
- to send screenshots and posts to Telegram, including on a schedule;
- to run AI, translation and recognition requests;
- to enforce limits and protect the service from abuse;
- to provide support, fix bugs and make backups;
- to tell you about important service changes in the bot.
How long we keep it
| What | Period |
|---|---|
| Working copies of requests, uploaded frames and bot messages, including IP | deleted automatically, usually within 1–3 days; residual versions in storage for up to 30 days |
| AI, translation and recognition results | about 24 hours |
| Scheduled posts and their frames | until published or cancelled; a post that missed its time may stay in the late list until you remove it |
| Account link, last sent files (Telegram references and captions) | while the link is active |
| Channel schedule, sticker packs, language, first contact date | until you ask us to delete them |
| Backups | made daily, kept for up to 90 days. They include the data above, including frames of scheduled posts. A record can’t be removed from an existing backup individually: it disappears with the backup. An encrypted copy is also sent to the service owner’s private Telegram chat, with no set retention period there |
| Web server logs (IP, time, address, browser) | overwritten by size |
| Anonymous statistics | 60 days |
Who we share it with
- Telegram: everything you send to chats and channels, and the bot’s service messages.
- Venice (venice.ai): the AI provider. It receives texts and screenshots from AI, translation and recognition requests. Your Telegram id and IP aren’t included in the request. The provider sets its own retention, so don’t send anything unnecessary.
- Hosting and infrastructure: the server that runs the service and the DNS provider.
- Authorities: only where the law requires it.
These companies may be located in other countries, so data may be transferred abroad. We don’t sell data and don’t use advertising systems.
Website, cookies and analytics
The website and Mini App have no advertising or analytics systems. The website keeps a counter of free PNGs (the rpng cookie and a browser record) and your chosen language in the browser. The Mini App loads Telegram’s official script. The desktop app checks our server for updates and downloads them automatically; its error log stays on your computer and isn’t sent anywhere on its own.
How to delete data
- /unlink in the bot unlinks the chat and deletes links and the history of sent files.
- Delete a scheduled post in /queue, a sticker pack in the pack list, a chat on your device.
- Unlinking doesn’t delete everything: the channel schedule, packs, post queue, language and first contact date remain. To delete the rest, write to support and we’ll do it manually. Backups disappear on schedule, within 90 days.
You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent or ask any question through support.
Security
Connections use HTTPS, storage is closed to outside access, and databases in backups are encrypted. No protection is absolute, so don’t send passwords, card details or other sensitive information through the service.
Age
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
